Apply for private coaching
I take five women at a time in my private coaching practice, so that each of you gets the attention and depth this work requires.
Private coaching is a real investment of money and time on your side, and a real investment of attention on mine. Which is why this starts with an application rather than a checkout.
I want to know about you before either of us says yes, because fit is what determines whether this works.
What you get
A 30-minute onboarding session with me. We start by mapping where you are, what you are walking into, and what we are building toward, so your first private session starts with work instead of background.
Six private one on one sessions with me. Weekly or biweekly, scheduled around your calendar.
Full access to my course portal, where I cover all six phases of The Monday Method, where I help you create a life so good you look forward to Mondays. Here is what is covered in the courses.
- How to start believing in yourself and identify the self-talk holding you back
- How to create margin through calendar surgery and free 3 to 5 hours every week
- How to get the people who decide your career to know your name and your point of view without you chasing them down
- How to master any conversation, the promotion ask, the comp discussion, the boundary you have been avoiding, with a plan and the conviction to deliver it
- How to own the room and master best-in-class principles for delivering your message to any size audience
- How to scale the practices that keep you operating as the visionary leader in your career rather than the doer
Extended access to me as your coach through a full year inside The Monday Collective. My weekly group coaching room, where we work through the real career issues holding high-performing women back. Get coached live, use the chat and stay off camera, or send me what is on your mind ahead of the call. Every session is recorded and goes into a private audio feed so you never miss a week.
The investment is $3,100.
Who this is for
You are a high performer.
You hold yourself to standards nobody else set for you. You deliver more than what was asked. You have big expectations for what your career and your life are supposed to look like, and you have never been the kind of person who settles for less than what you are capable of.
Lately, some of that has come into question. Whether the effort is landing. Whether the people making decisions see what you deliver. Whether this is the right company, the right role, or the right path at all. You are not in crisis. You are in the version of stuck where everything looks fine from the outside.
You are tired in a way that sleep does not fix. You have been the reliable one long enough that it became the whole job, and somewhere in there the ambition you used to feel got quieter.
You want the next level without paying for it with your health, your relationships, and every evening you have left.
You want to walk into a room and be experienced as the leader you already are. You want to make decisions about your career from clarity rather than exhaustion. You want to stop wondering whether you are the problem.
You want a life so good you look forward to Mondays, and you are ready to build it on purpose rather than wait for someone to hand it to you.
That is what we work on together.
Who this is not for
You are comfortable with the status quo. If the way things are going is working for you, keep going. This is for the woman who has decided that another year like the last one is not the plan.
You are looking for a room to vent in. Venting has its place. This is not it. We name the problem and then we build what you are going to do about it.
You are not willing to own your part in it. Your organization may be difficult and your manager may be genuinely in the way. Neither of those changes until you change how you are positioned inside it. The work only moves when you are willing to take responsibility for the change.
You want to think about it for six months. What you are facing has a clock on it, and so does this.
You are not sure whether you need coaching or therapy. Both are valuable and they do different work. Therapy looks at how your past experiences shape your present. Coaching is future-forward, focused on who you want to become and the transformation you want to build. If you need the first one, start there.
The investment or the timing is not right. That is a real answer. If you still want coaching and support, check out The Monday Collective.
What happens after you apply
I read every application myself.
If it looks like a good fit, I send you my calendar information and we meet live, where you get to decide whether I am the right person for what you are facing, and where I make sure I can give you what you are looking for.
